Glebe Meadow

Glebe Meadow is located on Winchcombe Road, opposite The Queens Head pub.

The maintenance of this area is funded by all hire fees received by the Sedgeberrow Village Hall charity. If you would like to make a donation to our charity, towards the upkeep of Glebe Meadow, or the hall, please contact us.

The children's play area was fully replaced in early 2023, fitted and inspected by Wicksteed.

Access to the recreational area can be found from both Main Street and Millfield.

Picnic benches, football goals, a basketball hoop, children's play area with swings, an obstacle course and a sheltered seated area.

You can also access  countryside walks, via public footpaths, from a gate in the back corner of Glebe Meadow.

We request all dog owners keep their dogs on leads throughout Glebe Meadow, and please pickup after them. There are two regular rubbish bins and one specific dog poo bin in Glebe Meadow.

Although Glebe Meadow cannot be privately hired, with sole use, if you wish to run an event from the area please contact us to discuss details.

The park hosted celebrations for The Queens Jubilee and The Kings Coronation.

If you have any maintenance requests for Glebe Meadow, or any suggestions for how we could improve the space available for all generations of the community then please contact us.
